Vintage Modern Apartment by Sea - Eiranranta

A very comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully arranged apartment — we truly enjoyed our stay. Positive: We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. One of its main advantages is the excellent location. It is close to public transport, including tram lines 6 and 1, and at the same time the city center is easily reachable on foot — for example, Senate Square is about a 25-minute walk away. There is also all the necessary infrastructure nearby, including Lidl and K-Market, which makes the stay especially convenient. The apartment is located in Eira, which is a beautiful and calm coastal district. The seafront and the beach are only about 5–7 minutes away on foot, which adds a lot to the overall experience of staying here. The apartment itself is cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Up to four people can stay here without any difficulty. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is provided. The apartment was clean and well prepared on arrival. The area is peaceful, the neighbors are very quiet, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We also appreciated the small courtyard downstairs, where it is possible to sit and have a coffee, as well as the shared balconies in the building with tables, which are also a very nice detail. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, there is a proper workspace, all the necessary kitchen equipment is available, and all appliances functioned flawlessly. I would also like to mention the mattresses and the sofa, which were very comfortable. My wife has back problems, so this is always a particularly sensitive issue for us, but in this case our concerns turned out to be completely unnecessary. The hosts were delicate, friendly, and very considerate in their communication. Overall, this is a very comfortable, well-organized, and pleasant place to stay in Helsinki. Time passed here almost unnoticed, which is probably one of the best signs of a truly enjoyable stay.

Lavandino minuscolo e distante rispetto a dove sta solitamente alla persona, abbiamo usato quello della cucina

ruhige, gut gelegene und per ÖPNV schnell erreichbare saubere und gemütliche kleine Wohnung Positive: Gute ruhig gelegene einfache saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und Erreichbarkeit, bequemen Betten und freundlichem Gastgeber. Negative: Die Schlüsselübergabe war durch eine App geregelt und das war zunächst etwas kompliziert, löste sich dann aber im Laufe der Zeit mit Hilfe des Gastgebers. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein.
