Finnish design penthouse in Trendy Neighborhood

Positive: Hyvällä paikalla, siisti asunto. Negative: Oikeaa kahvinkeitintä jäin kaipaamaan.

Good location and helpful host. Positive: Close to metro and tram station. Also close to the airport bus station. Grocery store nearby. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Thankfully there's lift access even though it's an old lift. Kitchen facilities are great but would do better with coffee filters. Negative: Wash Basin design in the toilet is quite absurd. Black toilet bowls just don't seemed quite comfortable. Though the radiator is working but the building management did not turn up the heat. Room was quite cold. But host did try his best to help check. Bed is also a bit tiny even for 2 average-sized Asian men.

Disappointed Positive: The place is below average compare to the nice photos. Even cold temperature in the apartment... Photos are 10/10 reality is 5/10. Access is also complicated, it's like a vip villa security with online check in code, gates, passing a gate without key yet without code, we were only lucky that a person let us in through the door... Negative: Nothing like a penthouse!! Avarage!

Positive: Very well equiped apartment; short drive or ~ 40 min walk till city center. Very responsive owner. Food shops also very near. Excellent price and quality ratio. Negative: All was good :)

Positive: The apartment is very cozy, clean, and well maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! It was very easy to get to, close to a supermarket, some bars, a good number of restaurants and eateries and all the public transport options one could need to get around Helsinki. It made a wonderful base for our trip to Helsinki. The area has a few problems near the metro but the apartment is protected by gates, so we felt very safe. Negative: It's mostly quiet but being in close proximity to bars makes it a little loud on warm evenings and nights. One night out of a week is not bad at all though and if it's not too warm, keeping the windows closed will block out the noise. I found the sofa comfortable but my husband did not as it's quite deep.
